Crown : Chakra Deep Dive Series with Britt, October 14th 12pm

Join Britt, for the last of the chakra series, for a deep dive into understanding and harnessing the power of our chakra system. These sessions will include meditation, somatic practice, journaling, and creative practice.

Chakras are energy centers in the body that correspond with certain nerve bundles and major organs. Clearing and balancing our chakras helps bring our mind, body, emotions, and spirit into a state of alignment. 

• Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra October 14, 2023 This is our seventh chakra that lives at the crown of the head. We will be exploring the frequencies of oneness, spiritual connection, and energy flow.

About Your Facilitator

Britt Dorazio is a trauma-informed meditation, somatic, and social emotional arts facilitator. She believes that working with languages of the body, the breath, and the arts, in community, has the compassionate power to bring us back home to ourselves, each other, and the land. About the space

You will meet in the Moon Studio - 6736 Reynolds Street, on the second floor, right across the street from Ceremonial. Please use the outside staircase.

Please wear comfortable clothing because will be sitting on the floor; chairs and pillows are available.
