In this Archetypal Embodiment journey we will use our sacred intent, breath, sound, touch, movement and visualization to encounter our deep inner energetic world. We will go within and tap into a symbolic, mythical mindset.

These ancient, yet updated practices help balance the hidden, inner energies that are sometimes in conflict with each other. Accessing these primordial energy patterns and consciously weaving them together, allows us to access more of our being and experience a greater holism within.
A beautiful and subtle alchemy with great benefit toward moving and transmuting old, stuck energies and embodying our full magickal self.

Archetypal understanding and personal mythic correspondences can provide the means to shift any unconscious patterns, through a better relationship with the Unseen Realm. These are spiritual practices indigenous to your own soul. The unconscious mind is a powerful tool for transformation, healing, and tuning in to our innate spiritual gifts and abilities.

Athena and Medusa both contain the whole range of their respective energies and representation; read, complicated. These archetypes are yet more than the sum of their parts and larger than our human perceptions of them.

By allowing these specific energies into our deep personal energy realms we can begin the work of:

• Shifting and moving stuck energy related to false conditioning, internalized patriarchy, and other unconscious patterns and fears.

• Creating a great relationship to our own and others’ authentic power, for example, shifting Sister Wound to Sisterhood and other such interpersonal dynamics, for the betterment of all.

• Shifting more toward a both/and type of consciousness, and sensing where either/or doesn’t work anymore.

• Channeling protection from jealousy; our own and others’.

• Bringing more of our own special magic to the fore in our decisions, relationships, actions in the world and our lives.

• Examining our unlived potentials and transforming our perceptions of what is possible for us and the many ways we can live from soul, with a sense of purpose and meaning.

•Transforming our Inner Athena from Saboteur to Inner Champion.

• Advocating for our own unique beauty, natural magnetism, sensuality and self-expression.

• Being kind to ourselves and being aware of our self-talk.

• Letting Athena manifest as our Wise One and Sacred Warrior, fighting the good fight.

• Transforming our Inner Medusa from Victim to Shining One, uncovering and living from our natural being, regardless of the opinions of others.

• Strengthening our receptive, magnetic Inner Beauty that attracts what we need into our world in synchronistic and aligned ways.

• Letting Medusa carry the venom of the Wronged One, but as a powerful protection energy when needed, not as a drain on our vital forces.

• Realizing that you are deserving and worthy, but not entitled.

• Feeling “ready” to do the work required for growth, yet radical self-acceptance for wherever you may be in your journey. You are enough!
