In the words of psychologist Carl Jung, "the dream is a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the soul" that can provide unparalleled access to the farthest reaches of the psyche. Filled with accessible and useful information about dreams as a scientific and psychological phenomenon, visual meditations, original artwork, writing prompts, and invitations to create art, this gorgeous, guided journal is a powerful tool for understanding dreams. Conjured by psychotherapist and intuitive counselor Naomi Sangreal, who teaches a series of popular courses on psychology and dreamwork, Little Hidden Doors will prompt readers to banish all thoughts of "it was just a dream" in favor of a new appreciation for the mind's amazing, self-healing powers.
About the author
Naomi Sangreal is an avid dreamer, artist, Jewish witch, and magical psychotherapist.
