Exploring the Cups in the Tarot with Erin * May 4th 1pm

Join Erin in The Moon Studio for the Suit of Cups!

Take a deep dive and explore the suits of the Tarot! In a “traditional” deck, the Minor Arcana represent 56 unique messages; in other words they comprise the majority of the cards in a 78 card deck. There’s a lot to work through! Thus, this series will be divided into 4 sections: Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles. The Minor Arcana Series will explore symbolism and iconography, messages and interpretations of each card, numerology, familial exploration of each of the Tarot court cards (Page, Knight, Queen, King), and explore representations and interpretations from different Tarot decks. 

This series is designed for newbies and those just starting to get to know Tarot, but open to everyone who wants to get together and connect with the Minor Arcana. 

 Please bring a Tarot deck and a journal!

About Your Facilitator

Erin (she/her) is a Pittsburgh witch, intuitive Tarot reader, and bookworm. Erin has a background in philosophy, art history, and communication, and is especially fascinated by images and storytelling as powerful means of divination and magic.  She's been studying and reading  Tarot for more than 10 years. As a reader and a teacher, Erin takes an intuitive approach to Tarot and believes that everyone has the power to read the cards no matter what their experience; she is also drawn to the deep history of Tarot and the potent medicine contained in each of the cards. Erin embraces divergent ways of being and knowing, and is energized by exploring the web of connections between Tarot, affirmative philosophy, art, culture, and all things awesome and sublime. 

About the space

You will meet in the Moon Studio- 6736 Reynolds Street, on the second floor, right across the street from Ceremonial. Please use the outside staircase.

Please wear comfortable clothing because will be sitting on the floor; chairs and pillows are available.

**Masks are not required but welcomed**
