Sacral Chakra ~ Chakra Deep Dive Series with Britt, Thursday August 8th, 6pm

This is our second chakra that lives right below the naval. We will be exploring the frequencies of creativity, emotional regulation, and self-worth.

~Root (Muladhara) Chakra July 25th: This is our foundational chakra that lives at the base of the spine. We will be exploring the frequencies of safety, grounding, and self-sufficiency. 

~Sacral (Svadhishthana) Chakra August 8th: This is our second chakra that lives right below the naval. We will be exploring the frequencies of creativity, emotional regulation, and self-worth. 

~Solar Plexus (Manipura) Chakra August 22nd: This is our third chakra that lives in the abdomen, above the belly button, and below the breastbone. We will be exploring the frequencies of courage, confidence, and the power of transformation. 

~Heart (Anahata) Chakra September 5th: This is our fourth chakra that lives right in the center of the chest. We will be exploring the frequencies of compassion, belonging, and gratitude.

~Throat (Vishuddha) Chakra September 12th: This is our fifth chakra that lives in the center of the throat. We will be exploring the frequencies of clear and authenticity, active listening, and truth.

~Third Eye (Ajna) Chakra TBA: This is our sixth chakra that lives between the eyebrows, in the center of the head. We will be exploring the frequencies of intuition, awareness, and imagination.

~Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra TBA: This is our seventh chakra that lives at the crown of the head. We will be exploring the frequencies of oneness, spiritual connection, and energy flow.

About Your Facilitator

Britt Dorazio is a trauma-informed meditation, somatic, and social emotional arts facilitator. She believes that working with languages of the body, the breath, and the arts, in community, has the compassionate power to bring us back home to ourselves, each other, and the land. About the space

You will meet in the Moon Studio - 6736 Reynolds Street, on the second floor, right across the street from Ceremonial. Please use the outside staircase.

Please wear comfortable clothing because will be sitting on the floor; chairs and pillows are available.
